MUST READ & AGREE before booking: A security deposit of RM2000 will be collected from the guest via banking after booking confirmation, it is refundable in 7 working days after check-out if there's no loss/ damage & violation of house rules. The space -Bed arrangement is 16 pax, can pay to add extra mattress if you have extra guests. -Extra mattresses will be RM90 each (comes with bedsheet, pillow, blanket, toothbrush, toothpaste & towel) -Maximum number of extra mattresses is 2 units. -Towels , toothbrush and toothpaste provided. -BBQ utensils & seasonings available for add on ( RM 180) * Extra visitor (No overnight) will be charge RM 20/pax (Must leave the unit before 4.00 am) * All children above the age of 3 will be considered as individuals in a group/party. * PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If customer bring their pet along, we will charge RM 2000/pet as cleaning fee. * Vehicles need to be parked outside our main gate or along the roadside at Summer Residence. * All swimmers MUST wear bathing suits. Cutoffs, gym, board shorts or tennis shorts are not allowed. * Check in: 3.00 pm & Check out: 12.00 pm) * Early check in or Late check out will be charged RM 300/hour (subjected to availability). * Guests have to take responsibility of the cost of any damages/loss. * Kitchen utensils are provided but cooking ingredients and foods are NOT provided, please clean all utensils after used. * Kindly lower down your music/speaker/ stereo’s volume/voice after 10.00 pm. * No smoking in the villas. *No Aircon at ground floor semi-open concept living hall, aircon equipped in bedrooms and karaoke room. * There shall be no reduction in rental should any of the facilities breaks down due to unforeseen circumstances or under maintenance.
