Private fenced backyard, covered patio and sparkling pool. 2 separate living spaces, four bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Large kitchen Three of the bedrooms have king beds the fourth bedroom has a double and a twin beds. Located near the 202 and the 60 freeways. Great neighborhood with lots of parks. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. We have a No Pet Policy. Host is allergic to both dogs and cats. "Pool is not fenced safety locks on all doors that exit to backyard and pool" Guest access Access to single car garage. Other things to note The spa and pool are not heated. Guest may not use the Jacuzzi part of the spa.
