Steps to restaurants, shops, banks, library and public amenities in town Just within a 6 minute walking distance to a bus stop that goes to Trent University and Durham College Just a 9 minute walk from the GO bus station that leads to Toronto 10 minute walking distance to the grocery and drug store The space Separate bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen with guests living in the basement. The kitchen will be shared with 2 - 4 people at most and the washroom will be shared with up to 3 people. The kitchen is located on the main floor while the bedroom, washroom and laundry room will lie in the basement. Guest access Guests will use the side entrance of the house. Guests only have access to the balcony from the kitchen/dining area. Guests do not have access to the backyard. No access to the laundry for guests whose booking less than 3 nights however you can use laundry machine 10 dollars will be requested for one load (wash +dryer) "'Strict Rule: The number of guests booked must match the number of guests staying.
