Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just a 5 minute walk to Weymouth Harbour with its Restaurants and Bars. A 5 minute walk to Newtons Cove and The beautiful Nothe Gardens and 10/15 minute walk to Weymouth's award winning Beach. Tivoli Cottage is located on a hill directly behind the Harbour and this may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The space Two bedroom traditional cottage over three floors. 1 with double bed and one with two single beds. *******Kindly note that the stairs in this cottage to the top bedroom are steep and narrow, reflecting its age and architectural style.**************** I do not provide Travel Cots or Stairgates at this property. Bathroom to second floor with Shower, Bath ,Toilet and sink. Large well equipped Kitchen with American style fridge freezer, Cooker with Hob Grill and oven, Washing machine, Microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Large dining table with seating for 6. Cozy living room with Smart TV, Electric flame effect stove fire, selection of books and board games for all ages. Throws and cushions. Wifi. Small courtyard with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels included in price. *No Smoking property *One small dog allowed. Please do not allow pets upstairs or on furniture. *Parking - This is a narrow road, free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We have always managed to find a spot, however there is also paid parking nearby. Guest access Access to property with key safe. Other things to note I do not provide Travel Cots, Stair gates, High chairs etc, however guests are very welcome to bring their own.
