Beautiful updated 4BR, 3 bath. 2 outdoor showers home with brand new appliances in Corneille Estates. This house is one block from Ocean Beach. 5 houses from the bay and close to town. Quiet and peaceful! Amazing sunset views on the Bay. Outdoor shower on each level of brand new mahogany decking. 10 min. walk to ferry and town and 8 min. walk to beach on a shaded wooden walkway. Wagon, bikes, chairs, beach umbrellas, towels and linens all provided. This house is great for families. Quiet area! The space We rent Wednesday to Sunday (4 nights) and can also rent for 5,6,7 nights. We can rent for longer so just let us know your dates. Check-in is 2pm and check out is 12pm. This home is for families only, we consider groups as long as you are mature, respectful and low key. We don’t rent to people who rent for their kids. Renter must reside at property. Please supervise your teens/adult children. Sorry, no pets allowed. 4 night rentals available (Wednesday - Sunday) unlike Ocean Beach one block over who has a strict 6 night minimum. Weekly rentals available (depending on availability) for 6 or 7 nights. Can be longer if requested. If you are flexible, we prefer Thursday check in for 5-7 night rental. It’s better for your parking and our cleaning service too, but we will work with you as we don’t rent too much. We rent to respectful, quiet people who treat our home well. $1,000 security required. Check only. We book off season (June and September as well). Kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully stocked with coffee maker, dishes, pots, utensils, glasses, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, single cup keurig etc.Brand new outdoor gas grill. We also have a brand new washer/dryer and brand new AC unit for the main room. Each bedroom is equipped with AC. 1 block from Ocean Beach, 5th house from the Great South Bay with amazing views from our decks. The home is on a quiet residential block, surrounded by bamboo, 8-minute walk to beach on a shaded wooden walkway. 10 minute leisure walk to Ocean Beach Ferry. The house has recently been updated along with two levels of brand new mahogany decking and TWO outdoor showers, one on each level. Please treat our home as it was yours. This home is ideal for families and older friend groups. Please no loud parties. Not meant for parents to rent and leave their grown children alone. Please no wet people on our furniture. Enjoy views from our crow's nest but please do not go onto roof. The space: AC in each bedroom. AC in Living area BR1 - The upstairs living space has a bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with sliding doors that lead to the upper deck and outdoor shower. AC in room. On the same level is the open plan with family/kitchen/dining rooms which are surrounded with large windows and sliding doors, allowing light and breeze to stream in. Views of the lighthouse from the kitchen, views of the bay from the living and dining room. The space opens up to a brand new mahogany decking with amazing views of the Great South Bay. Enjoy sunsets over the bay from the outdoor dining table or our comfy and spacious outdoor couch. The deck comes with two large umbrellas that offer plenty of shade. There is AC and two large ceiling fans but opening the doors creates a lovely cross breeze when it's cool enough out. The upstairs and downstairs are connected by steps on the outdoor decks and a spiral staircase inside. The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms: BR2 - has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and comes with its own private entrance. AC in room. BR3 - has a twin over full bunk bed allowing a third couple to have a room along with another family member. AC in room. BR4 - has 2 twin bunk beds which allows 4 to sleep comfortably. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is right outside in the hallway. All these rooms are adjacent to the lower brand new deck that has its own outdoor shower. AC in each room. For the beach, we have umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. For the house, all linens and towels are provided. Pets are considered as long as they are small and non-shedders and will not be left behind barking all day (doggies are allowed on the beach in Corneille Estates!) Just please NO wet and sandy dogs - or people - on our furniture. There is a ramp that leads from the street/walkway to the 3 downstairs bedrooms. There are outside stairs for the 2nd level. Spiral staircase inside. We require an additional $1,000 security upon booking. This fee can be paid through Airbnb or sent separately. Cleaning and utilities included in booking fee. Guest access The entire home is available for your use, with minor closet space set aside for owner property. Other things to note 4 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes, wagon, and boogie boards are available for your use. The wagon is usually at the Ocean Beach Ferry for you to transport your luggage back to the house. We just ask that you bring it back to the Ferry Terminal at check out. Check our guidebook for house rules and restaurant suggestions. Guest access Great for 2 families. Person booking must reside at the property for the entire duration of booking. No unattended teens or 'children' in their 20s allowed to stay by themselves. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties and please no loud talking on deck between 9pm and 9pm. This home is for a chill and relaxing vacation. Sorry, no pets allowed. Bedroom 1 - King bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 - twin over full bunk bed. Another small wagon is provide for trips to the beach or town if large wagon is not preferred. We also have 4 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes.
