Welcome to The Heidaway, our charming guesthouse (10m2) in Bussum! Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Bussum heath, ideal for a walk and fresh air. The supermarket is only 20 meters away for any necessities. Bussum Zuid train station is also nearby (5 min walk), making Amsterdam/Utrecht within easy reach (30 min) for a day out. Also discover the local gems, such as Naardenvesting, a historic town with unique monuments and cozy cafés. The space A recently renovated private guest house (10m²), completed in 2024! A big advantage of our stay: parking is completely free here! In contrast to Amsterdam, where parking costs as much as 15 euros per hour, you save considerably on parking costs here. A train ride from Bussum Zuid to Amsterdam only costs €5.90! Check out our important information right away :) Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the spacious 200x200cm bed for two people. Start your day fresh at your own sink and with a cup of free Nespresso coffee. The accommodation is equipped with electric heating and a minibar (refrigerator). You also have the luxury of a private bathroom with a modern shower and toilet. Please note: our Airbnb is cozy and not very large! We sometimes get comments on this but do not want to disappoint our guests, which is why we mention it here! The bathroom is only 100 cm wide. On the other hand, the bed is spacious! 180x200cm. Our garden is private, but if you like to be outdoors, there is a square around the corner and a large beautiful heath just a stone's throw away. Guest access Access to the guest house: Our guest house is very accessible and has its own entrance for your privacy and convenience. Upon arrival, the key to the accommodation will be released via a smart locker with a unique code, giving you access to your accommodation without hassle. After your stay is accepted, you will receive detailed directions via email to make your trip to our stay as smooth as possible. This allows you to relax on your way to your destination, knowing that you are well informed and prepared. During the stay: We would like to inform you about our policy regarding the use of the outdoor space. It is forbidden to smoke outside or to carry out other activities around the accommodation. This also includes the area directly outside the property. We have made agreements with local residents to minimize any nuisance. We kindly ask you to respect this policy and keep the outdoor space free. If you need fresh air or want to spend a moment outside, we ask you to find a suitable location elsewhere (De Bussumse Hei, for example). Please note: We would like to emphasize that failure to comply with this policy may result in penalties through the Airbnb platform. This can range from warnings to imposing fines or even terminating the stay without a refund. Other things to note Our cozy guest house, the Bussumse Heidaway, is easily accessible by public transportation. It is only a 500-meter walk from Bussum Zuid Station. From there, you can reach the city center of both Amsterdam and Utrecht in about 25 minutes! Great, right?
