Welcome to The Heidaway, our charming guesthouse (10m²) in Bussum! Within walking distance, you'll find the beautiful Bussum heath, perfect for walks and fresh air. A supermarket is just 20 meters away for any necessities. Bussum Zuid train station is also (5 minute walk) nearby, making Amsterdam and Utrecht only 30 minutes away from our guesthouse. Discover the local gems as well, such as Naardenvesting, a historic town with unique monuments and cozy cafés. The space A recently renovated private guesthouse (10m²), completed in 2024! One great advantage of our accommodation: parking is completely free here! Unlike in Amsterdam, where parking can cost up to 15 euros per hour, you'll save significantly on parking costs here. A train ride from Bussum Zuid to Amsterdam costs only €5.90! Check our important information right away :) Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the spacious 200x200cm bed for two people. Start your day fresh at your own washbasin and with a complimentary Nespresso coffee. The guesthouse is equipped with electric heating and a minibar (mini-fridge). You also have the luxury of a private bathroom with a modern shower and toilet. Please note: the bathroom is cozy and only 100 cm wide, and the bed is suitable for individuals up to 200 cm tall. Our garden is private, but if you enjoy being outdoors, there is a small square around the corner and a large beautiful heath just a stone's throw away. Guest access Access to the guesthouse: Our guesthouse is very accessible and has a private entrance for your privacy and convenience. Upon arrival, the key to the accommodation will be released via a smart box with a unique code, allowing you hassle-free access to your accommodation. After your stay is confirmed, you will receive a detailed route description via email to ensure your journey to our guesthouse goes as smoothly as possible. This way, you can relax on your way to your destination, knowing you are well-informed and prepared. During the stay: We would like to inform you about our policy regarding the use of the outdoor space. It is prohibited to smoke or engage in other activities around the guesthouse. This also includes the area directly outside the property. We have made agreements with neighbors to minimize any disturbances. We kindly request that you respect this policy and keep the outdoor space clear. Should you need fresh air or want to spend some time outside, we ask you to find an appropriate location elsewhere (for example, the Bussum heath). Please note: We want to emphasize that non-compliance with this policy can result in penalties via the Airbnb platform. This can range from warnings to fines or even termination of the stay without a refund. Other things to note Our cozy guesthouse, the Bussumse Heidaway, is easily accessible by public transportation. It is just a 500-meter walk from Bussum Zuid station. From there, you can reach the center of both Amsterdam and Utrecht in about 25 minutes! Great, right?
