Downstairs there is an additional room with a sofa bed ( bedding available on request). There are two further office areas with desks, a table top pool table, a home gym and a utility. The property boasts a front and a back garden offering a table tennis table, a patio, bbq, fire pit, table and chairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole living space and garden. The sheds and attic areas are private. A few wardrobe storage areas will be partiallly closed but you will have plenty of wardrobes and all of the drawers. Please note - the garden boundary ends where the rope is. Other things to note The "fifth" bedroom is a room downstairs with a sofa bed. We have not included this as we don't consider t a five bedroom house. This sofa bed can be used if required, e.g to allow an adult to sleep separately from a child, upon request. The room has just the sofa and two shelves. It is near to the downstairs toilet.
