The dining room is connected to a separate small but fully equipped kitchen. Both the dining room and kitchen give into the building’s quiet common garden. Additionally, the flat has a small elegant bathroom with a small shower/bath, a small laundry room and a separate toilet with window. The flat also benefits from a nice outdoor private garden (accessible from one of the bedrooms) with lots of plants.
