One (1) valid ID must be presented to the lobby to confirm your booking details and identity. — Our rooms comfortably accommodate parties of three, consisting of two adults and one child. Additional beds are available upon request for an extra charge. — Smoking is not allowed inside our rooms to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Please respect our neighbors and future occupants by refraining from smoking indoors, as odors can linger and affect the comfort of our small apartments. Designated smoking areas are provided on the balcony and outside the apartelle. A fine of PHP 1000 will be imposed for non-compliance. — All equipment inside our units were checked and tested working before your arrival. If you have found that they have an issue or problem, please inform us immediately. Any damages occurred during your stay will be charged to the guest as mentioned on this contract. We can avoid them by taking care of our unit as if they are yours. — The property owner and management are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Please take care of your belongings. We only provide two (2) towels per booking/room regardless of the total number of guests. — Security Deposit: To help us maintain the high standards of our accommodations, we request a security deposit of PHP 1000 before your check-in. This deposit acts as a safeguard against any potential additional costs or damages during your stay, including property damage, theft, or extra charges not covered by the initial booking. The deposit is fully refundable if there are no issues or outstanding charges at checkout. This policy ensures clarity and protection for both the hotel and our guests. — Check-out time Policy: Please remember that our check-out time is at 11am.
