This a 2 bedroom apartment in a 2 floor house in the center of Rena area that is located 2km from the city center. Apt has it's own entrance, big balcony, bathroom, full kitchen with dinning room and two bedrooms. It is located on the upper floor of our house and private parking spot in our yard is included with the apt. Balcony is great for smoker and summer hangouts. You will love our apt because it is spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Its perfect for family vacations. The space This is a private two bedroom apt that has its own entrance, private balcony, one main bathroom and open concept living space. Living area has big kitchen, separate dinning area and big living room with high ceiling. We have super strong internet so you wont have any problems working from home. Whole apt has central heating with radiators in every room. The apt does have big AC unit in living room that cools the whole apt, so you wont have any problems staying cool in the summer time. Guest access Beside the whole apartment you are welcome to use the washer that is on the ground floor and you share that with the owners that live downstairs. You are also welcome to use one of many parking spaces, the whole yard for your activities, the outdoor dinning table in the back for the hangouts, the barbecue in the garden... Other things to note My family is very big and they are all very close to each other. There are three houses in our yard with each family living in it. You will see their cars parked on a parking lot and them and their families passing by often. We love to hangout outside in the backyard especially in the summer time where we make barbecues and cook freshly caught fish and drink a lot of wine. We usually invite a lot of our cousins from Bosnia, Serbia and Albania over to join us. Don't be surprised if you see a lot of people in the backyard pretty often. Summertime after beach we love to handout out there, wash ourselves from the sand, wash the cars, moan the loan, water the trees and all the plants.
