It includes a comfortable sofa, a TV, a coffee table, and a dining area. - Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils… and a washing machine. - Bathroom: Accessible through the bedroom, featuring a shower cabin, a washbasin with mirror, towel warmer, and hair dryer. - Toilets: Separate from the bathroom. - Additional amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, ironing set, washing machine. - Easy access: Elevator to the 6th floor, self check-in available. The equipment list is up to date – feel free to check it out. Upon arrival, the beds will be made. No need to overload your luggage, you will also find on site: - one large and one small towel per person, one bath mat per bathroom, two dish towels, - basic supplies to get started: three rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, pantry basics, dish soap and sponge, a few dishwasher tablets, and cleaning products. Guest access Self check-in is available via a key box. The building has an elevator to reach the apartment on the 6th floor. WARNING: the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note - The flat is ideally located. However, as it is located on a busy central street, there may be some noise pollution at night. - You will be provided with a set of keys. Other information to know: - In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation at your initiative, we apply the refund rules agreed at the time of booking. You should take out additional cancellation insurance if you wish to benefit from more favorable conditions.
