Enjoy the majestic views of the Rocky Mountains from the private oversized covered patio, with BBQ and new patio furniture. The space Soak in the year round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. The large covered south facing patio offers a gas BBQ and comfortable new patio furniture. Enjoy the mountain views through the large fir trees, that offer full privacy rain or shine. Convenient heated underground parking. Walking and biking trails are right outside the door. The unit is located on the South side of the building, offering mountain views and beautiful sunlight. This side of the building overlooks the Rocky Mountains rather than the pool, but occasional road and train noise can sometimes be present. Sun filled south-facing windows bring warmth and light, while brand new A/C keeps things cool and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen offers a Keurig coffee maker, with a variety of K-cups provided for our guests. The sofa bed pulls out into a queen sized bed. Please note: Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. The heated outdoor pool is open year round, but closed during extremely cold temperatures in the winter.
