A basic stock of spices and sauces etc. is available, as well as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Possible coffee preparation options: espresso pot or French press. Also tea thieves/nets. Beers and wine openers. Note here again, the large bathroom unfortunately does not have a toilet. Talk a toilet for everyone. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/terrace, but not indoors. Supermarkets of different price ranges can be reached in 2-8 minutes on foot (closer, further cheaper ;) ). Countless bars, snacks, restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops are also around the corner. It's also worth packing up the trowels and taking a soda & table tennis break here and there on the way if you're on the road in the neighborhood:)
