Unit B, Unique 3/2 Duplex. Modern Industrial Home. A style all its own. Boasts a PRIVATE POOL for your very own private enjoyment. Very spacious for families and friends to gather & play arcade & board games & take-in amazing sunset views. Nestled in front of Commercial Shrimp Boats. Only about 5 miles from South Padre Island!The Lighthouse Square, Boutiques, Restaurants only 1-1.5miles. HEB, Walmart, Dollar General & Starbucks only 1.5 miles. Read the reviews! Guest favorite! Big,fenced lawn! The space This is a duplex with only two homes and two separate pools and your pool is NOT shared. The driveway is a shared area. Only two small cars to be parked in the driveway for each unit. Please tandem park on the driveway, park your two small vehicles one behind the other to avoid blocking other guests and avoid automatic gate from staying open. Additional cars may be parked outside and right in front of the property. Each Unit will have their own Private Pool and private lawn area. Your pool is private and only for you and your guests. The home and pool are not shared with anyone but you and your guests. Each home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one shower in each bathroom, no tubs). Please inquire about renting both Units (Unit “A & Unit “B”) for larger groups. This is Unit “B”. For security purposes, All Four corners of the exterior/outside of the home have cameras and will be turned on and monitored and recorded by Texas State Alarm. The Safety Alarm System inside home is also monitored by Texas State Alarm and will notify when windows and doors are being opened, closed and/or left open and breakage. The Pool area, front yard and sides of home are visible on cameras. The inside of the home DOES NOT have cameras. Guest access Lawn in front of Unit and Pool Area. Shared Driveway Other things to note LOCATION: This home is close to a local park with a walking track, playground and basketball court. The benefit of staying in Port Isabel is the shops in the mainland without having to deal with the noise and traffic on the island. However, you are only a few minutes from the island and exciting weekend fireworks!💥 There is a FREE SHUTTLE BUS nearby that will take you from Port Isabel to the island. Please note that the Pool light is not working at this time until further notice, however, the pool and the property is very well lit. Must be 25 years of age to book. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early and late check out are not available due to the preparation time required for the home, lawn, pool to be entirely cleaned before your arrival. If late check out occurs, a $75 late fee will be assessed if you check-out after 10:00am and )$100 for every hour after 11:00 am. Note: Check-in time and Check-out time are pertinent info so as to prepare home and property for the next guest(s). Upon checking in please inspect the home and pool area and report any issues or anything that is amiss in the first two to three hours of your stay. No pets, No parties and No Events allowed. No smoking inside the home. Please keep pool well maintained and NO GLASS and NO LITTER- PRACTICE SAFETY AT ALL TIMES - not responsible for accidents, theft, indoor or outdoor. Please put all pool chairs back as you found them. Turn off pool lights, exterior lights and turn off all lights inside of the home. Any damages should be reported immediately so as to help us prepare for the next guest. Pet(s) are not allowed and any pet violations or Smoking Violation(s) inside the home will result in a $500 damage fee and eviction from the house without refund. No commercial filming is allowed. When changing out kitchen trash bag, please take out used trash bags and place in blue trash bin outside of the front gate so that the city can pick up. Only the maximum ten registered guests are allowed on the property. Please keep pool well maintained and clean NO GLASS NO LITTER- PRACTICE SAFETY AT ALL TIMES - not responsible for accidents, theft, indoor or outdoor.
