Free undercover parking on site, unit is separate from the main dwelling, so you can come and go as you please! The space The granny flat is situated about 10 metres from the main dwelling, separated by shrubs and lawn. The entire property is 20 acres, which is used as a hobby farm, with horses and chickens, and an orchard / garden. Guest access Guests will utilise the main driveway which is shared by the owners, however, the unit is completely separate to the main dwelling. Other things to note Mobile phone service can be intermittent, due to our rural area, however, guests will have access to free wifi and can utilise this for communication purposes.
