Ludden Lodge is a nature lover's paradise! Beautiful, large wooded property with access to the peaceful 56 acre Ludden Lake! Perfect for girls getaways, anniversaries, birthdays, and small groups in charming Mineral Point with lots of local shops, restaurants, Orchard Lawn, the Cheese Country Recreation Trail, an Olympic size swimming pool, Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts, and other historic destinations. Come experience our quaint little town! The space Newly Renovated, Cozy 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Home with Modern Furnishings. The first floor features a large open space with fireplace, beautiful sunroom with lake views, and large galley kitchen to enjoy cooking meals! Also on the first floor is a half bath with on site laundry. The second floor features four bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Two other bedrooms include queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Every bedroom features a TV. Outside boasts a peaceful nature retreat with lots of wildlife, outdoor firepit, and trail with access to Ludden Lake. Kayaks are available to enjoy the lake. Guest access The entire house is yours for the length of your stay! There are a couple of spaces with locks on the doors that the host uses for storage purposes. Host will not use these spaces while guests are staying onsite. Other things to note This house is 2 stories with bedrooms on the 2nd floor. If you are not able to climb steps, this is not the best choice for your stay. Our house is a perfect quilter/crafter retreat space.
