It is fully stocked with other necessities and includes a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, sink, George Foreman grill, toaster, and rice maker. There is a Smart TV and wifi. (No cable). Feel free to stream any apps, netflix, hulu, tubi, and prime, etc. The home includes an A/C mini split that also offers heat for those cold nights and cool air during summer afternoons.
