The Jungle Terrace (with Private Terrace)

The space A charming double room with balcony and garden views is available in our lovely two-bedroom house located in Surry Hills, Sydney. This prime location offers convenient access to public transport, with Central Station just a short bus ride or walk away, connecting you effortlessly to the rest of the city and plenty of beaches. You’ll have access to the bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen for basic use (breakfast, teas/coffees). The house is situated on a one-way street, boasts stylish decor, and features a beautiful garden that your balcony will have views of. The room has a ceiling fan to keep it cool and other areas of the house have air con to circulate cold air on hot days. We are also proud parents to an adorable Cavoodle, who is very friendly and loves meeting new people. Please note that the property is next to a primary school, so it can become louder during the daytime in term dates. Your hosts are myself and my partner Mark, both originally from the UK and in our late 20's 😁 The room is spacious, with plenty of built in storage and located at the back of the house, ensuring a quiet and serene environment. It features a comfortable bed that will give you a restful night's sleep. We are quite relaxed hosts - happy to provide recommendations for local sights and activities, yet we respect your space and privacy and keep interactions to a minimum to allow you to enjoy your own space and time here. As Mark works from home most the week, we mostly keep to the downstairs area, particularly the lounge/dining space. We like to keep this and the garden area mostly private and to ourselves. Guest access The room is mainly a place to sleep, with use of the shared bathroom only. Kitchen may be used for the basics; tea and coffee, cereal and light meals, water, etc. Lounge is largely for our personal use. Sorry, we cannot hold onto baggage before or after checkin. During your stay We take a hands-off approach to allow you to feel comfortable and make the most of your stay. We are always available via text or AirBnB message to offer advice and suggestions on where to go locally. Just drop us a message! 😁 Other things to note You are not allowed to bring people to the house, and would appreciate if you can keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Registration Details PID-STRA-65420
