It is an apartment on the second floor facing a huge garden on the front , with almost all the amenities that a modern lifestyle would require. This unique place has a minimalistic modern look, Designed with IKEA furniture and decors. Ideally place is best for families with kids ,solo backpackers and business traveler. Unmarried couples/Local visitors are not allowed. The space We have 2 functional bedrooms equipped with split AC's. Pls note as per default booking: You get one bedroom if number of guest is maximum 2 pax. You get two bedrooms if number of guests is 3 or 4 pax. Pls check number of guests while making a reservation/contact host for any help. Guest access We have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms if there are 3 or 4 guests you get entire flat booking with Living room, kitchen, balcony. If there are 1 or 2 guests you get 1bedroom attached bathroom with living room, kitchen, balcony. Third bedroom is our store room. Other things to note If you are arriving late at night during your period of stay, pls Inform the host/security guard beforehand. Important Security Notice: Please be advised that any unauthorized visitor found on the premises without proper authentication or prior notification from the guest will be subject to penalties/cancellation of reservations. Strictly no local visitors allowed at the property. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure environment. BUILDING MAIN GATE IS LOCKED FROM 10:55 p.m.
