The living room opens into a bright and airy fully fitted kitchen with smeg appliances, washer dryer, oven microwave and well stocked pots pans and cutlery. There is a ground floor WC The first floor is accessed from the hallway and has 2 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sea views from the bedrooms Externally the cottage has private parking at the rear of the cottage and on street parking at the front There is an private enclosed garden to the front and a private enclosed patio area directly from the kitchen bi-fold doors The rear of the property has an open aspect with private summerhouse and private seating area over looking the beach Guest access keys are collected from the key box at the front of the property Other things to note The seating area overlooking the beach at the rear of the cottage has a low wall and steep drop down onto the rocks and extra care must be taken if you are visiting with small children or pets. There is a step (20cm) from the living room into the kitchen area and a step (23cm) from the kitchen bi fold doors to the external patio No Smoking or Vaping anywhere within the property or private garden area 2 dogs are allowed FOC - more by agreement so please enquire Dogs are allowed on sofas with throws but not in beds Dogs are not to be left unattended with our prior agreement
