The house is composed of: A children's room with two single beds Two beds in the sofa bed A bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed Two bedrooms with a double bed One bathroom A shower room One equipped kitchen A dining/living room A relaxation or games area. Plenty of places to isolate yourself or enjoy good times with family or friends. The space On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a seating area, a large kitchen open to a living/dining room and a bathroom/toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Senseo machine, toaster and kettle). Baby equipment available on request (bottle warmer, high chair, bathtub, umbrella bed, outdoor games). The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Bed linen is included in the price, but bath linen is not provided. The 1300 m² park includes a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a seating area with deckchairs and a small pond. Guest access the whole house will be at your disposal. Other things to note A deposit check of €150 may be requested upon arrival. It will be returned or destroyed after checking the premises when you check out (cleaning, damage, etc.) Housekeeping Package: WITHOUT: the cleaning must be done before your departure, Empty the garbage cans, clean the bathrooms and the kitchen, vacuum and mop all over the house. WITH: If you take the cleaning package, we just ask you to wash and put away the dishes and empty all the trash cans
