The space BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms, 1 on ground floor. - 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - King sized beds are offered in all the rooms. - Wardrobes are available in all rooms. Common Areas: - Enjoy a private swimming pool. - The living room comfortably seats up to 6 people and includes projector. - There's a lawn. Bathrooms: - The villa has 3 attached bathrooms. - Each attached bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, and essential toiletries. Guest access Kitchen & Meals: - The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and water dispenser. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen for self-cooking. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 per day will apply. - Barbecue services are available for an additional charge. - Cooking or consuming non-vegetarian food in the villa is not permitted. - Meal prices may be higher during peak or festive dates. - Please note that guests are not allowed to bring their own cooks. Other things to note Guest Count: Adhering to the agreed-upon guest count ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. Towels: One towel is provided for each guest which is to be used for the entire duration of stay. FOOD: Chef + Helper = 5000/night . They will make whatever you wish for them to make, Groceries you will have to pay at actual cost so in short Chef + Groceries charges . They don't know how to make Italian/Chinese/Thai food . Cutlery Cleaning charges : If you don't take up the food option and utilize just the kitchen cutlery, Rs 1500 will be charged which will also include the washing of these used cutlery. Kitchen access: It is limited to the chef and caretaker of the villa. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of ₹10000 is required at check-in. Refund Process: The deposit will be refunded at checkout, pending a damage inspection. Conditions: The deposit is refundable unless there is damage to the property, or violations of house rules.
