Looking for nature and calm, welcome to my grandmother's birthplace recently restored by my family. A large terrace with a view and a large outdoor space will be at your disposal. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside in the heart of the Cantal chestnut grove. Not far from there you can do many activities: walks, lakes with water activities, listed villages, gastronomy, ... The Lot and Aveyron are very close! Gîte Le Félissou Cantal The space The "Gîte Le Félissou Cantal" is a typical old house of Cantal restored and decorated with a large furnished terrace with open view. 3 bedrooms. bathroom with bathtub, barbecue, raclette machine, outdoor space, ... Located in a small hamlet but not overlooked. Access by an unpaved road! No wifi but 4G works. Heating in the bedrooms and the bathroom. Living room heated only by a wood stove. Accommodation near small villages with small shops: Parlan, Le Rouget, Maurs la jolie,... Listed sites nearby: -small town of character: Laroquebrou (<30 min) -most beautiful villages in France and remarkable sites: Marcolès (30 min), Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Salers, Conques (+/-1h) Activities and beautiful sites: - Tolerme lake 25 min away: beach, hiking, pedalos, canoeing, paddle,... - Saint Étienne Cantalès dam: Rénac beach (beach, fishing, water activities, aqua park, Himalayan footbridge, tree climbing, boat,...), horse riding, swimming pool overlooking the lake,... - nearest towns: Aurillac, Figeac - Cantal mountains: Puy Mary, Lioran resort Sheets and tea towels provided free of charge. IMPORTANT INFO: No cleaning fees so as not to weigh down your budget, but in return, please clean and put away the dishes, gather the sheets, empty and throw away the trash, clean the kitchen and bathroom and clean the floors before leaving. Guest access You will have access to the entire living area, to 2 cellars (storage of garden furniture and storage of your bicycles or other if necessary) and to the land with a view located in front of the house and just around the house (possibility of parking at the foot of the house). Access to the 2 barns near the house is strictly prohibited (danger). Other things to note No cleaning fees so as not to weigh down your budget. In return, before your departure, please do the following: gather sheets, clean and put away dishes, clean kitchen and bathroom, vacuum and wash floors and empty trash cans.
