Located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region, close to Beauval Zoo (15 km) and the village of Montrésor (6 km), our location will allow you to avoid traffic when going to the zoo. The house includes 2 guest rooms. Breakfast is included, prepared with local, homemade products. Restaurants within 10–15 minutes Grocery store & bakery 3 minutes away The space - The family guest room (quadruple), located on the upper floor of the house, has 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 2 bunk beds (90 x 190). The bedroom gives direct access to a private bathroom including shower, sink and toilet. Bed(s) made upon arrival & towels provided A folding crib for babies (under 24 months) is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability. - Small living room with tea/coffee and children’s books - No TV in the bedrooms; however, the TV in the main living room is available for use. - A refrigerator is also available. Since the kitchen is a private space, there is no option to cook. - Outdoors: terrace/pergola with garden furniture, outdoor games for children, pets, petanque/molky court, hiking trails Guest access The living room (dining room and living room) and a small living room with tea/coffee are available. The outdoor areas are freely accessible.
