Surrounded by bushland reserves there is ample opportunity for outdoor activities and exploring such as hiking, bushwalking and bird watching. Despite being relatively close to the Perth CBD, Bedfordale maintains a semi-rural atmosphere with spacious properties and large blocks of land. It is an ideal location for a retreat away from city life whilst also remaining nearby to essential and recreational amenities. With close proximity to several nature reserves such as Wungong Regional Park, Roley Pool Reserve, the Darling Range Regional Park and Churchman Brook Dam, you can appreciate nature and immerse yourself in hiking, bushwalks and trails or enjoy a scenic picnic amongst the greenery. Private transportation is the best option to commute around the area. Car Transport by car is the most convenient way to navigate Bedfordale and the surrounding areas. There is a parking garage with two spaces available on the premises of the Estate. Walking and cycling Explore the local area and natural surroundings by foot bike. The hilly terrain and limited pedestrian or cycling paths available may make walking or cycling difficult, making it better suited as a recreational activity rather than for practical transportation. Public transport There are some bus services provided by Transperth connecting the suburb to nearby towns and train stations. The frequency and coverage of these services may be limited, so it is advisable to check schedules and routes in advance.
