Lundy view

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Driving down into the cul de sac you will have the most wonderful view of Westward Ho! Beach, Northam Burrows and Lundy Island on a clear day. Once inside the appartment the view is spectacular of wich you can enjoy from the balcony and from the comfort of your bed. life does not get much better than this. Locally we have surfing, Golf course, coastal walks, Northam Burrows Nature Reserve and the Tarka trail is a short drive away. The space This is a maisonette two story building, accessed by a flight of stairs. On entering the building there is a hallway that leads to the kitchen, which has all your basic needs to cook a meal during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, cooker washing machine, dryer and microwave oven. Heading into the sitting room which is the rear of the property, there are spectacular sea view of Westward Ho and of Northam Burrows Nature reserve and even Lundy on a clear day. Here you will find a dinning table,comfortable sofa, a large smart TV and small balcony that has a bistro set for alfresco dinning. Moving upstairs you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom. there is a second bedroom however this is not available for guest use during there stay. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with smart TV and a view of the sea from the comfort of the bed. The bathroom is quirky with a shower wash basin and candle light to create a cozy relaxed feel. Guest access Guest have use of all the house to themselves. Other things to note This property is situated in a residential area in a block of flats, its important for guests to be aware that it's a quite communal place, it is suitable for couples looking for a quite peaceful holiday and is not suitable for people looking to party or play loud music etc. in addition there is a steep flight of stairs to gain access to the building and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is parking for one vehicle only on a first come first served basis. The balcony is for your own use, however please be aware that the neighbours balcony is attached and therefore not completely private.
