This modern & spacious town villa is brimming with light & is meticulously appointed for your stay while exploring the region. It's a stone's throw from the town center & the river, allowing you to respite from driving. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, host a barbecue on the deck, or stroll into town to explore shops, bars, cafes, & restaurants. Everyone is guaranteed a restful night's sleep with luxuriously comfortable king-size beds and private ensuites for each room. The space You will have full and exclusive access to the detached villa, complete with a courtyard featuring a barbecue, a deck with seating for 6, and 2 covered parking bays. The villa is fitted with top-quality king-sized beds for a restful sleep. Both downstairs bedrooms are outfitted with a ceiling fan, electric oil heater, extra blankets, and pillows. The upstairs bedroom boasts a reverse cycle unit for heating and cooling as well as a large screen TV. Your stay will also include towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, and body wash. Furthermore, an iron and ironing board are readily available in the villa. The kitchen boasts a complete set of appliances including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and fridge. Basic pantry essentials such as tea bags, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, foil, cling wrap, rubbish bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, and soap are all readily available. The open plan dining and lounge area is equipped with a smart TV and a reverse cycle unit for optimal heating and cooling. Additionally, a small laundry area offers a basin and washing machine, while a dryer is available in the shed in the carport. There is also a clothesline in the courtyard, and washing powder is provided. Please note that this Villa is 1 of 3 but they all have their own parking, private entrance, and private courtyard. Guest access You have full access to the entire villa, deck, courtyard, and 2 undercover parking bays in the carport. Access is available via a lockbox at the front door. We recommend that you leave the key in the lockbox when going out to prevent misplacing it. Other things to note The villa really is just a stone’s throw away from the bottom of the Main Street which is also the entrance to Margaret River, making it easy to walk to the shops or grab a coffee. You can also rent bikes at The Hairy Marron, which is just a few minutes walk away and right on the bike and walking trails. Consider hiking a section of the famous Cape to Cape track. We are only 13 minutes away from the beaches of Prevelly and Gnarabup, as well as great wineries to the north and south of us. Don’t miss the wonderful “farmers market” at the high school grounds on a Saturday morning; it starts at 7:30 am and ends by 11:30 am.
