This large Cévennes-style house, accommodating up to 15 people, is truly unique. Equipped with two kitchens, three bathrooms, six bedrooms, and one single bedroom, it's ideal for family gatherings or group holidays. You'll have exclusive use of the entire property, including the 2000 m² garden and the 8 x 4 m above-ground swimming pool. The space Our beautiful Cévennes stone house is fully equipped and has been entirely renovated for your comfort: top-quality insulation for both heat and cold, air conditioning, brand-new bathrooms, and many thoughtful amenities. Everything has been carefully designed to ensure you enjoy a perfect holiday. During your stay, you can watch films on the video projector, play pétanque and a wide range of outdoor games in the dedicated play area, enjoy the swimming pool and garden together, browse the library, or play board games. For summer lunches and dinners, a large barbecue is available on one of our three terraces, along with a plancha grill on the second terrace. You can dine together around a large outdoor wooden table and take advantage of the many relaxation areas throughout the property. With two fully equipped kitchens (a chef even told us they are better equipped than his own!), you will be able to satisfy all your creative culinary desires. Each guest will have their own bedroom with brand-new bedding. The house is air-conditioned, parking is available for up to five cars, and you will enjoy a stunning view over the surrounding Cévennes hills. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer an optional on-site breakfast service. Linen, sheets and bath towels are provided by us. Starter supplies are provided (new sponge, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) so you can settle in comfortably before doing your grocery shopping. We will also be delighted to provide you with personalized recommendations to help you discover our beautiful region, its hidden gems, and its many activities. Just 3 km away is Saint-Ambroix, a charming medieval town with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a weekly market on Tuesdays. Southern Ardèche and its picturesque villages are only a 5-minute drive away!
