Peaceful Rest Space near the Beach

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach. The sunsets and waves will wash those blues away. The space From the property, you can view the mountains while sipping on a cup of coffee or tea. From the beach, views of the tres marias islands and mountains while you drink a cold beverage. The sunsets are always nice. Accessible by car from Manila, or bus (victory liner) to San Antonio(municipal) then tricycle to the property. Beach is 240m +\- from house, through Villa Janella resort( we have access rights). 2 Bedrooms, each with 2 queen sized beds, one with an additional single. Both rooms have air conditioning. Optional fans for each room. Inside kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, sink, water dispenser (with free 5 gallons per stay), and 7 seater dining table. Outside kitchen has two burner stove, cooking utensils, pot, wok, frying pan, knives, eating utensils, plates, glasses, grilling station, 10 seater dining table, and sink. Optional rice cooker, ice crusher, and oven toaster. One bathroom inside the house, 2 near the outside kitchen. Spacious lawn with swing set and three huts to relax in during the day. Guest access Inside the house, guests have full access to the two bedrooms available, kitchen, bathroom, and sala, as well as the veranda. Outside the house, guests have access to all spaces except the bodegas, the caretakers’ lodging, the extra bedrooms, and the caretakers’ kitchen. Parking space is available as space inside the property permits. Aside from the caretakers, the property is exclusive to the booked guest. No other guests will be accommodated during the booked guests’ stay. Other things to note There is a house dog. His name is Pepe. The caretakers will keep him tied up unless guests inform the owner or the caretakers otherwise.
