The space "Our property is a perfect choice for families, with a garden surrounding the apartment, providing a pleasant and fresh atmosphere. Every morning, you can enjoy the natural spectacle of the birds that visit our garden. With a wide variety of fruit trees such as mango, orange, different types of lemons, avocados, soursop, cocoa, coffee, banana, papaya and noni, as well as many other tropical plants such as coca, you will have the opportunity to explore and discover the lush local flora directly from your temporary home. This educational experience will be especially exciting for children. The spacious and independent apartment guarantees comfort and privacy. We invite you to enjoy this unique experience in our home! Guest access The house has two entrances, one leading to the main avenue where you can find some services such as a bakery, food stores and local restaurants. The second entrance is from the garage. Wide access that connects to the courtyard intended for raising poultry. In 2024, we reduced the number of birds. Now you can have the courtyard to have a coffee or enjoy contact with nature. Other things to note Our pets, three quiet dogs, live in the house. There are also families housed on different floors, each living independently and with their own toilets. In addition, we have an additional toilet on the first floor, available for use upon request.
