Sweet Suite!

Private attached MOTHER IN LAW suite (not the whole house) in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Hampton Roads. We offer keyless entry and a private parking space, private pool and backyard grill area. All are welcome here, including pets. We ask that you tell us if you are bringing a pet(s) and I'll message you about the added pet fee. We are minutes away from all major attractions and less than 5 minutes from major highways. Our location gives you easy access to the Outer Banks. The space Please note: this is a separate unit, attached to but separate from the main house. This space is completely private with a bedroom, living area, kitchenette (no stove or oven) and 1.5 bathrooms. The space does have a microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster available for your use!! We have a large screen tv with Roku for your private use, as well as free guest WiFi. There is a private parking space right outside your front door. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room if you require extra guests. Pets are allowed in the backyard and pool area with prior notice and with their owners! Use of the large in-ground pool and laundry are allowed as well as the grill and patio area in the backyard. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.. Children under 16 are never allowed to be left unattended by the pool area. As a reminder, there is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the house. Guest access Please request ahead of time if you want to use the backyard so we can either keep our dog in or make a proper introduction so neither of you are taken by surprise. She is extremely friendly, but very excitable when she first meets you. After that she will mind her own business! If you are bringing pets, we ask that we let the dogs meet on a leash so they can introduce themselves. Dixie is extremely friendly but if you prefer your pets to keep separated just let us know and we'll make arrangements for her to be inside while your pet uses the backyard or pool. Other things to note We are in the heart of Hampton Roads and close to all major highways, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all US Naval bases, ODU, Busch Gardens, Ocean Breeze Waterpark, Kings Dominion, the outlet malls, Norfolk International Airport, Nauticus, VB Aquarium and much more. We are on the way to the Outer Banks and have many guests who make us a stop before traveling to NC. We have professional cleanings between guests and depending on your needs we strive to accommodate requests for early check ins or late check outs.
