Minutes away from the beaches of Lake Michigan, Indiana Dunes National Park, Blue Chip Casino and even a Zoo. Our location is great for exploring & has easy train access to Chicago. Our sparkling clean apartment is the perfect spot for your next getaway. The space Updated apartment featuring a full kitchen with new appliances and two smart TV's to access your favorite apps. The living room and bedroom are a shared space with a pillow top queen bed that is perfect for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed that we recommend for one person but can accommodate 2. There is one TV in this room that can be turned and tilted to be seen from all angles. This room also features a comfy chair, plenty of closet space, and blackout curtains for a peaceful nights sleep. The kitchen has a full stove/oven, all cooking utensils, and pots and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with daily coffee pods supplied. There is also a standard coffee pot/maker in the pantry. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also supplied. There is free access to high speed wifi so you can sign in to your favorite media apps and work seamlessly. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the apartment. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, hookah, candles and incense. No Pets allowed in the apartment out of respect for permanent tenants in other apartments. Parties are strictly prohibited. Note: We have two in window air conditioners during the summer months. Guest access Guests have access into the house and into their private apartment. Other things to note To keep a healthy home environment our apartment has a strict no smoking in the apartment policy and will be enforced with an extra service fee charged to the renter to cover the cost of professional smoke removal fees. Queit time must be observed from 10pm-9am. No parties, gatherings, or loud noises. There is a first aid kit located underneath the bathroom sink. The fire extinguisher is located to the right side of the kitchen sink, just outside of the pantry. Garbage: If your garbage is full, please dispose of it in the trash can receptacles located behind the house, near the street. Your key code will work on both the front entryway and the door to your apartment. There is no need to press any buttons other than the code you are given. If you find a door unlocked, simply press the lock button on the indoor side.
