Gîte de l'oiseau Ideally located on the borders of two Auvergne departments, Puy-de-Dôme and Cantal, close to Brioude and Brassac les Mines, old small house rehabilitated as a holiday home. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The space 1st level (access via an external staircase on the common courtyard side and access via a metal gate on the gîte side "at Patou main street": Entrance via a small veranda. Living room with equipped kitchenette: sink (1 basin), hob (3 gas burners and 1 electric hob), extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers including 1 Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, dishes, utensils and cookware, table and chairs, etc.  Electric heating. Living area with sofa bed (2 seats), 1 sofa (2 seats), coffee table, TV with TNT decoder. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack. Baby equipment on request: baby bed and high chair. Separate toilet with sink on the ground floor 1st floor: 1st bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people, 140 x 190 cm, possibility of putting a travel cot. 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed, 140 x 190 cm, and 1 single bed, 90 x 190, and a dresser. 1st floor: Bathroom with shower (90 cm x 90 cm) with walls, sink on furniture, electric radiator, toilet Common courtyard with the owner. Enclosed land (orchard) to share, Petanque court, garden furniture available to tenants. Parking on the property. Gate with remote control .
