Other things to note Host will make up the room according to the number of confirm guest. Please sincerely declare the exact number of guests entering the home. Host has a right not to allow guest enter the home if the number of guest is not match with the actual boooking. The final preparation for the home is depending to the Booking Confirmation provided to the guest to their emel. Thus, please sincerely declare number of guest for your convenience. 1-3 Guest - Open 1 Bedroom without toilet, guest may use common toilet 4-6 Guest - Open 2 Bedroom Security deposit of RM100 are mandatory upon entering the home. INDIAN and long term guest need to pay security deposit of RM500. Deposit shall be refunded upon clearance by housekeeper, depending on the condition of the home returning to its original state, clean, no broken or loose item. Usage of electricity limit to RM10/day. Excessive usage of electricity, will incur a penalty, and host will deduct electricity charges beyond RM10/day from the security deposit. Guest may access all the facilities by asking the security to push the lift button and proceed to club. Notes: This home is a keyless entry, if you really need a security card for lift please whatapp host with deposit of RM100 tranfering to host account. I will send the instruction on how to retrieve the security card. Non Halal food, liquor, party, smoking and drug abuse is not allowed in the unit. Guest shall incur a penalty of RM300 per incident. Late check out is discourage for convenience of other guest. Extra charges of RM60/hour for late check out.
