Independent room and quiet pool

Ideal for couples or families with 1 child, within walking distance to downtown Vence! Independent room of about 20m² in quiet villa with private access by the garden. Private shower room with WC attached to the bedroom. Shared access to our pool and garden from 9am to 9pm. Small garden table, outdoor chairs, deckchairs and hammock. Children's outdoor games: swing and trampoline. Provide outdoor dining. Several restaurants nearby. The space The bedroom is located at the rear of our villa. Please note that there is no kitchenette or fridge so meals will have to be taken outside the villa. We are a few minutes walk to the city center where there are many restaurants for all budgets and with all types of cuisine. We live above and will be there during your stay. We will be discreet and also want to rent to quiet people. The environment around the house is very peaceful, ideal for relaxing during your holidays. Our pool is private, we will leave it free for guests from 9am to 9pm as well as our garden with its deckchairs and hammock. We have a dog (Australian shepherd) who is very nice who will also be in the garden. Guest access Garden access with private entrance.
