The PGH concierge will be on hand to welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around on your arrival. You will have at your disposal : - 1 key for the flat - 1 beeper for access to the outside car park - 1 magnetic pass for main access to the building Other things to note We would be grateful if you could return the flat in the same condition as you found it. Cleanliness is not a luxury but is everyone's responsibility. Thank you for respecting the work of the small precious hand that makes this place pleasant for your stay. Please respect the neighborhood and avoid making noise especially between 10PM and 8AM. The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. For stays of 28 days or more, for your comfort and to maintain the standard of the flat, a mid-stay cleaning is compulsory (€80 extra). Do not throw anything out of the terrasse. Any lost key/beep will be charged. ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.
