Studio on Swann

Located close to the Historic Covington Square, you can walk to the Downtown area (“Mystic Falls”, “Sparta”, “Serenity”). Enjoy local restaurants, shops, historic and film tours, and museums. Covington provides a small-town experience with unique local restaurants, shopping, bars, and coffee houses. The studio is designed to be comfortable and cozy. It's a short drive to Atlanta. Madison, Conyers, & Jackson that are popular film locations too! The Cricket Frog Trail is a very short walk away. The space After a day of enjoying Covington and the surrounding area, come relax in this cozy, peaceful community. The space features hardwood floors throughout in an open studio with lots of space to move around. The entrance features a free-standing place to hang clothes, place items in bins, hooks for bags and comes with umbrellas for rainy days. There is a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and an electric tea pot. Coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamer are provided. Cups, plates, utensils, and wine glasses are available as well. Enjoy a relaxing living space with modern technologies including high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, a ceiling fan, and a ductless air conditioning/heating unit. The living space includes a cozy sofa that is also a double bed. A small dining area with tables and chairs is just behind the living area. The bedroom space features a luxurious queen size bed. The living area couch is also a double bed. A custom-built bathroom with hardwood floors and a tiled, glass shower makes your stay extra special. Linens, towels, wash cloths and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. As a bonus, there is a nice seating area with tables and chairs underneath the stairs where you can enjoy some peaceful, quiet time outside. Studio on Swann offers street parking close to the unit. The studio apartment is built on top of a garage that is a separate structure from the main home, so your privacy is guaranteed. Motion activated security lights are also available. Guest access The studio is located about a 10-12 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the Historic Downtown Square. Getting to the square is a 5-minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk down paved sidewalks from the community to the city center. We are also just yards away from the 14 mile, completely paved Cricket Frog trail where people ride bikes, run, and walk. You can walk downtown along the trail as well. When you arrive, the studio is above the garage which is behind our house. There's an alley behind the house. Parking is on the street near the alley way entrance. Please park so you are not blocking the alley. Leave 10 feet or so from the entrance. It will make sense when you get here :-) Please don't park in the alley or behind the garage. Other things to note We want to make your stay as awesome as possible. We live in the main home and are available if needed. NOTE: The living area couch is also a double bed. Bedding and pillows are available in the TV area.
