Residential neighborhood in Leucate-Village The space In Leucate village, enjoy this large 100 m² ground floor apartment, sleeping up to 10 people, with private heated pool, covered terrace and spaces designed for the whole family just 2 km from the beach. The bright living room has a TV and opens onto the terrace with direct access to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer. Night side: - a family room with a 160 cm bed and two 90 x 180 cm beds in a wooden hut (more suitable for children). - a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, - a dormitory with two bunk beds and two single beds of 90 cm. A bathroom with toilet is located in the sleeping area. A second separate toilet is in the living room. Outside, the covered terrace allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days with a summer kitchen and a gas plancha, a dining area and a ping pong table, with direct access to the swimming pool. The whole is equipped with WIFI, a closed garage and two private parking spaces.
