Renovated house in a small locality 35 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. Here you will find the ideal calm to recharge your batteries and a starting point to discover the Auvergne; the Puys mountain range, the Sancy massif and the Combrailles plateau. Depending on availability, we can be flexible on the arrival and departure time for an additional charge of 50 euros. Thank you for understanding. The cottage is designed for 12 people! We make it available for 6 as well. The space !!! Each room has at least a quality bed of 180x200 with the possibility of having two 90x200 cm single beds.!!! ✔ On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker...) open to the 12-seater dining room - A great living room - separate toilet x2 - Bathroom with shower -A washing machine ✔ On the first floor: - Three bedrooms with storage Each bedroom has a quality bed of 180 x 200 cm (separation of mattresses imperceptible thanks to a topper). Possibility of having two single beds of 90x200 cm - Bathroom with bathing - Separate toilet ✔ In summer, a large barn furnished with library, sofa, foosball table... ✔ Outdoor terrace, garden furniture, large plot of 6000m2, gas barbecue available. ✔ Tourist attractions: Many hikes in the area, beautiful views of the Puys range from the house.
