Located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes 🌋, this independent and equipped studio welcomes you 5 minutes from the Combronde highway exit (A71/A89 interchange). Enjoy a private terrace with spa 🛁 and dining area, a petanque court 🎯 and a shared swimming pool (open May to September, depending on the weather). The village is close to shops 🛒 (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, etc.). Discover nearby hikes, lakes and mountains🏔️. Brunch and boards by reservation The space This independent studio has been fully renovated and offers all the comforts you need: - 🍽 Kitchen equipped with gas hotplates, refrigerator and microwave. - 🍴 Dining area with high chairs. - ☕️ Tassimo coffee machine and welcome pods. - 🛏 Double bed with sheets and pillows provided. -👶 Possibility to add a crib and high chair on request. Free. - 📺 Television with Netflix access just for you. - 🚿 Bathroom with shower (towels not included: rental possible for €3/person) and toilet. - 🌞 Private terrace with spa, table, chairs and two armchairs to relax or sunbathe. - 💦 Private hot tub for up to 3 people; accessible 24 hours a day, body and back massages with chromotherapy. - 2 bathrobes included 🥋 - 👙 Shared pool with the hosts (Nicolas, Stéphanie and our 2-year-old child) in a friendly atmosphere. Deckchairs are also available. - 🎳 Petanque court with balls at your disposal. - 🎯 Outdoor dart game - 🚲 Private courtyard to park your bikes. - 🚗 Parking possible right next to the studio. The studio is completely independent from the rest of the house. Only this studio is available for rent. Guests have access to a 1500 m² plot of land where our house (not accessible), the studio with its terrace and private hot tub, as well as the pool, darts and petanque court are located. These are shared with us (Nicolas, Stéphanie and our 3-year-old child) The entrance to the studio is autonomous and independent of our house. Other things to note As far as cleaning is concerned, we do not charge you a cleaning fee. When you check out, we can take care of it for an extra 30 euros (this rate does not include cleaning dishes and appliances). If you choose not to subscribe to the cleaning package, we simply ask that you leave the listing in the condition it was in when you arrived. Cleaning products, a broom, a bucket and a mop are at your disposal. Bed sheets are included but not bath towels.
