‘Seasalt’ is a beautifully appointed, family friendly, beach front apartment with unrestricted sea views and is situated just a stones throw away from the golden sands of Woolacombe beach. With private parking for 2 cars as well as a private beach facing decking, this property is truly special! Stylishly decorated throughout and equipped with all that you could need for a fantastic stay. The space Seasalt is an ideal home for family holidays and groups of friends looking to enjoy the beautiful seaside community of Woolacombe. The apartment lends itself to those avid surfers with it’s close proximity to Woolacombe beach which is renowned for its surf, as well as the outside storage for surfboards/wetsuits, and an outside shower to wash everything down before storing. The ground floor comprises of the well equipped kitchen, lounge and access to the private decking, perfect for al fresco dining. On this floor you will also find 2 bedrooms set out as one double and two single beds. From there you can go downstairs to the main bedroom with it’s own balcony looking straight out to sea, and en-suite with a shower over the bath. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. The two parking spaces suitable for large cars. Other things to note Seasalt is accessed by concrete steps externally and there is no disables access to the apartment. There are no hen/stag parties or events permitted. All guests with the exception of children travelling with parents/guardians must be aged over 25. The apartment and all external areas are strictly smoke free. We allow 1 dog per stay. We ask guests to be respectful of other occupants in the building and neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum.
