[Note: This property is a host-residential type! Since it is not a private building, please imagine a stay like a homestay.] We are a family of four, a couple and two small children. Great location within walking distance to Lake Senba and Kairakuen, and 30 minutes by car to Hitachinaka Seaside Park. Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk are a convenience store (7-Eleven), drug store, ramen shop, etc. There is one parking space for visitors, so please consider coming by car, bicycle, or motorcycle. There is a 10 tatami-mat guest room. We strictly prohibit smoking and pets because we plan to use it as a children's room in the future. We aim to be a relaxing, homey inn that makes you want to visit again. The space The guest room is 10 tatami mats, 2 single beds, and an additional futon can be provided. There is a mini table and 4 chairs in the room. There is no TV. We aim to provide an environment where you can stay without having to bring anything, and for an additional fee, you can also use room clothes, toothbrushes, contact lens cleaning liquid, etc. The washing machine is free to use, and the dryer is 300 yen per use. Guest access The living room, dining room, and kitchen are locked between 10 pm and 7 am. Please use the shower room by 9 pm. (If you are returning late due to an event, etc., we will respond flexibly as appropriate.) During your stay We provide pick-up and drop-off to Mito Station to the extent possible. Please message us in advance if you'd like to use it. Please note that we may decline requests on weekdays, early mornings, or late nights. Other things to note I have two small children.
