Welcome to Villa Kate! This 2BR Thai-Balinese villa is part of exclusive and secure Ka Villas residence, just 5-10min drive from Rawai seafood market & famous white sand NaiHarn Beach. The centerpiece of the villa is tropical pool with terrace surrounded by greenery, offering an idyllic setting for morning yoga or breakfast al fresco. The bright and airy interiors create warm and inviting ambiance, while living room and bedrooms open directly on pool, creating perfect mood for relaxing holiday The space Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with an elegant bathtub, and opens directly onto the tropical pool with terrace. On the opposite side of the living room is the second bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, allowing you to enjoy your own tranquil space. Private covered parking is available. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
