The space The Mayberry is newly remodeled with new furniture and accessories. There is a brand new high end 55” Samsung 4K OLED TV with sound bar and subwoofer for your enjoyment. I furnished The Mayberry not as a rental… but at the higher level “I” would enjoy at home or elsewhere. The wi-fi is 500 mbps fiber optic with a brand new mesh router system so you can connect to… everything… anytime. Guest access You may use the entire house, driveway, back deck, and large beautiful tree filled yard with a fire pit. Wood is provided. It’s really wonderful here. Other things to note The Mayberry is only one mile from Lake Ontario and the Genesee River. The Irondequoit Bay is the third side of our water wonderland. We have golf courses, beautiful parks, excellent shopping, and many local restaurants.
