Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and central place! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well maintained building, you will be at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation is 32 m2, it has a separate kitchen and a 160 cm sofa bed. It was recently refurbished. It is perfectly suited for a couple of tourists, young parents with a baby, and ideally located for a one-off worker in Switzerland. Other things to note For parking, several solutions: - there are parking spaces down the street in the residence, right across from the building entrance. These are paid parking spaces in the green zone. If you choose this solution, download the PayByPhone app: it's much more convenient, and it's much cheaper. - there is also free parking on a street near the residence (entrance to the street is a 5-minute walk from the residence). On the other hand, to succeed in having a place on this street, you have to do it during the day. - finally, there is an underground parking entrance 2 minutes from our residence.
