Possibility of sleeping for a third person on the sofa bed in the living room. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet and secure building, with elevator access. Ground floor access from the back of the building. The room overlooks the park. Guest access The rented bedroom has a comfortable 160 x 200 bed. A dresser and wardrobe are at your disposal. The door has a lock. Access to the shared bathroom and kitchen area. The second bedroom is occupied by the owners.
