Apartment with garden and parking space

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen. The space One-room apartment with a cooking/dining area and a sleeping area in the basement of a detached house. You have direct access to the large garden from the apartment. Here, sun loungers and a table with chairs are available for you to enjoy an outdoor meal. You can enjoy the evening sun on the garden bench. The apartment has its own parking space. A baby cot is available. Toddlers up to 3 years old stay with us free of charge. The hosts live on the first floor. Since the laundry room is located in the souterrain, the hosts sometimes have to use the hallway for passage. However, the living room can be locked separately so that your privacy is maintained. Other things to note Hilgertshausen is a small village of 3,000 inhabitants located about 50 km (31 miles) from Munich (between Munich and Augsburg). The nearest train station in Petershausen (Obb.) is 10km away. Between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., a bus runs from “Hilgertshausen, Post” to Petershausen (travel time: approximately 15 minutes). From Petershausen, the S-Bahn and a regional train run to Munich (travel time by train about 25 minutes, by S-Bahn about 45 minutes). The bus from Hilgertshausen runs hourly on weekdays, but only every two hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The last bus leaves Petershausen at 10:00 p.m. Petershausen can be reached more flexibly with your own car. The center of Munich can be reached by car in about an hour.
