Located between the beautiful Wellington golf course and the beach of Ostend, you can find this fantastic new build apartment with breathtaking views from the terrace! The perfect combination of a green oasis and near the beach, everything you need to unwind completely. It is characterfully decorated with attention to detail, which makes for pure relaxation and a real home feeling. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities you would need (check our profile for details). There is a Nespresso (Magimix) coffee machine available. You have to bring your own coffee cups. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe so you can comfortably store your belongings. In addition, you have access to the wonderful terrace from both bedrooms. In the living room there is another sofa bed where two people can sleep. From the spacious terrace with lots of privacy you have beautiful views over the golf course, so you are in a green oasis. Wake up on the terrace of a coffee in the sun loungers, or enjoy a delicious aperitif after a day at the beach at the dining table surrounded by the greenery. In short, everything is available here to relax completely. Both the living space and the bedrooms have access to the terrace. There are a total of two bathrooms on the hallway. These are both equipped with a walk-in rain shower and have a private toilet. The smallest ones are also thought of. Both a baby cot and a high chair are provided. Don't forget to bring your own linen for the baby cot. Enjoy a cozy evening together with one of the board games. Free WiFi is also available and a Smart TV with international channels and apps such as Netflix, YouTube etc. (with your own account). There is an efficient check-in and check-out process. You don't have to worry about parking either. There is a private parking included for one car in the underground garage. More details will be provided on reservation. The building has an elevator so is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 3 p.m., check out at the latest 11 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect.
