Country and equestrian cottage

A place to recharge, meet, with large pleasant and natural spaces. Ideal countryside with family, friends, or lovers. Marked trails for walking, cycling or horseback riding... ZOO de la Flèche and Beauval, the Châteaux of the Loire, its gastronomy, its wines. Lakes for swimming and fishing. Tree climbing The space The 85 m2 furnished house is composed of 5 rooms: 2 large bedrooms with storage on the 1st floor (2 beds of 1.40 cm, 1 small bed of 90, 1 real mattress on the floor of 90, 1 sofa bed of 140). On the ground floor 1 double living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, 1 fully equipped and furnished kitchen, 1 large shower room, toilet, with storage, and a washing machine 1 terrace of 35 m2 and garden of 2000 m2, car parking outside. The 4G connection is very unstable in the house, as the TV is connected via 4G, the TV may not work. The staircase is narrow and steep, so be careful with very young children and people with limited mobility. Bicycles are available free of charge and are in an average condition that is sufficient for short rides. If you plan to use them, please let me know 2-3 days before arrival in the cottage so I can inflate them and check that they are working properly. Other things to note For lovers of horseback riding, it is possible to come with your horses (max 4-6), 2 enclosed paddocks without shelter are at your disposal on the property of the gîte To be paid on site: €12/day per horse. €4 small hay bale on request Will be requested upon arrival: original identification booklet and up-to-date rhino vaccination required.
