The space This townhouse has private parking where you can leave your car and bikes. It will welcome you on the ground floor through an independent entrance of about 19 m2 with the possibility of storing strollers, beach equipment..., and a small room with laundry (washing machine). Upstairs, approx. 70 m² (no elevator) including: - Large living room (dining table, chairs, two sofas, TV with Freebox) opening onto the balcony, - Equipped independent kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, etc.), - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe closet, - A bedroom with two 80 cm beds, small closet and desk, - Bathroom (double sink, bathtub, hairdryer), - Separate toilet, - Internet access (fiber). You will have at your disposal for children a high chair and a baby bed and among other things an iron and an ironing board... A very nice balcony will allow you to enjoy a coffee or an aperitif while enjoying the view of Place Charles de Gaulle. It is perfect for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children and 1 baby, or 2 couples.
